Arleen is extremely special! She is very dedicated and knowledgeable in what she does. She has a lot of patience and will explain things to you multiple times if he has to in order to ensure that you understand every single process. Buying a home is a very stressful process, but I am glad that we had Arleen by our side to make this process a little less stressful.
