Communication seems very poor, and I never even got to see the apartment. I exchanged e-mails with Aileen, and she was at first very responsive. My appointment tour was rescheduled twice, and on the second time, she did not give confirmation if the tour was set to be on the day I asked her about. I’ve sent 4 follow up e-mails and left a voice message after calling their phone number twice, but I still have not yet received a reply.
