Lived here for a year. Packages were stolen, and my car was pissed on by what I only assume to be neighbors 3 times. Yes, 3 times. I had ever met any neighbors nor had I had any negative interactions with any neighbors. The onsite property manager was the only tenant that had the several spaces next to my car, and I had complained to her once about the piss incident to only have it happen twice again. Also had 1 of my bikes stolen from my parking spot. Everyone else seemed to store their bikes in their assigned parking spot ... read more

Edited to add: i added a star here, because the apartments were ethical when I moved out, and returned most of the security deposit. The place is rather safe and neighbors are nice. However, it is not AT ALL family friendly. Lots of cars driving at high speed and constant complaints from management that children should not be playing near the house ( excuse me, where are they supposed to play?). The moment a tenant complains of minor noise, you will get written notices on your door and phone calls. I would Not recommend this... read more
