Arkfeld did not accurately appraise our horse property and refused to look at equitable comps. He was hired as a 3rd party appraiser from a prospective buyer's lender. I spoke with Adam about my appraisal because he messed up on it and it's my day to close. his mess up takes less than 5 minutes to fix and when I spoke to him he was very rude. I asked if he received it and he said yes I have it and I said well is it going to get done today because if not then I need to try to get an extension.... He said we'll see anything else?
