The staff was very friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. I was seen promptly and the doctor was very efficient and kind. The clinic was immaculate. I would definitely recommend to others and would not hesitate to return if needed
The booking process was so simple. I was able to easily schedule my appointment online and received a quick confirmation. When I arrived, I was seen on time and didn't have to wait long. It was a very efficient and well-run experience
I had an excellent experience at Arkell Clinic scheduling my appointment was straight forward and I was seen by the doctor with almost no waiting time the staff was also friendly. I hoghly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of care
If I could write this review without a star rating I would, the Arkell clinic does not deserve even one star. My daughter attended this clinic for a TB test, she immediately called me with concerns stating that they only excepted cash and the doctor did not wear gloves when administering the first test. Although I thought that was odd behaviour I encouraged my daughter to finish her TB test there because they were able to accommodate her rush to get the test done.
