Had A great experience, came a week ago, prescribed me the right stuff for my ear infection, came back to get my ears flushed, Dr. Habashi was very easy going and showed me everything about the process which you dont see from a lot of doctors. Receptionist is also great!
Took less than an hour for me to be seen this morning - clean space and very efficient service.
Just finished at this place, turn back! The receptionist tried to diagnose me and then said that I probably didn't need to see the doctor. Is that even legal? When asked if I could get a copy of his notes, she rolled her eyes and said "THOSE ARE THE DOCTORS NOTES!". Went to see the doctor (foreign) about a possible piece of plastic lodged in my throat from a slushy machine. He told me it wasn't likely even before looking at me. Above and Beyond I have been to this clinic several time over the last few years and always found everyone to be very professional and accommodating. Almost 2 weeks ago I went there with a very bad headache, waited less than 15 minutes before being seen by Dr Awad he listened closely to what I had to say and proceeded to check my blood pressure which was very high. I had one of the worst medical experiences at this walk‑in clinic. I came in with severe ear pain, after already completing three courses of antibiotics, and still had to wait over an hour even though no one else was in the waiting room. The receptionist clearly had no idea what she was doing—she made me give a urine sample for a UTI despite me explaining multiple times that I was there for severe ear pain.
