Raffie at first will make all the promise and tell you everything you want to hear. He has a excuse for anything that goes wrong he is very prompt when it comes to getting paid however once he is paid kiss any further help with install issues , device issues or anything related to the job goodbye. Unprofessional parking behavior. This company parked their work van directly in front of my home for days while doing a job across the street—at a vacant house. Meanwhile, we had to park elsewhere so they could profit off a job that had nothing to do with our property. Inconsiderate and disrespectful to residents just trying to live in their own space.
We had Arkay install HVAC for our entire home few years back and we have been having problems from the beginning! Doesn't heat/cool evenly, freon leaks and recently got to know from a HVAC expert recently that its a bad design overall (demonstrated how there is no air flow in rooms, but get overheated in bathrooms turning the unit on-off continuously wasting energy). Arkay installed a Mitsubishi heat pump system at our home. The team was knowledgeable and finished quickly. They were always mindful to be quiet and clean while working since we have a small baby in the house. A few weeks after installation we had questions and Arkay came back promptly to help.
The best company for improving your homes energy efficiency. Raffie is great. Goes above and beyond. Great customer service!
