Politics in the paper work before you can see a Dr. Staff was fantastic but I will never go back
If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady at the desk penny I believe her name was is just rude and has no bed side manners. Her attitude will be ever uncalled for. I hope you don’t deal with mental health or illness because the attitude they get will make it worse. They prefer to mental patients as “y’all”.Dr. Shelly is just rude and disrespectful. The nurses are completely unprofessional. They interrupt you and will hang up on you. I complain about my stomach for a year and it eventually got so bad I ended up in the hospital. Which the doctor I like but I kept having issues with getting my test results and the staff unprofessional behavior. I was with that clinic from al.ost the day they opened but I had had enough. I made an appointment on Friday visited with Dr. Fell. During my visit, they confirmed the one medication that I’m allergic to yet prescribe me that exact prescription. I found this out when going to fill it at 4 PM on that Friday. I called and Penny, who is fabulous I’ve dealt with her before and she always does an amazing job, she stated she would leave an urgent message with Dr. Fell but the doctor had already left.
