When we placed an order, everything looked great. Unfortunately, the package was lost, and we asked AVDS to send a claim to the postal service. They did. After few months we asked the postal service why there was no refund, they told us it was sent long time ago to the AVDS. When we called them on several occasions regarding this matter, they cut all of the communications. We call it theft.
Send Trevor to customer service skills classes! He starts off conversations in a very condescending manor and ends them the same. You don't speak to customers like he does. He lacks respect and any flexibility.
This place told us the part would be here by 10am.....and it was after noon when they told us that. It was here and installed by 10:15!!!!! Highly recommend these guys. They could’ve fixed our rv alternator with the one they had, but were concerned about the plug being different, so ordered one from Atlanta overnight to Lamar, CO! They did the job right and helped us get on the road again!
Yes yes and yes this is the best shop in Lamar,Colorado they came out and replaced my alternate, when it quite in Eads, Co, and the next time I called from Colorado Springs, Co become they are the best had them replace all my fuel filter,s I did drive there and they got right on it first thing in the morning, the next time I drove it from colorado Springs to have them fine a bad air leak which kept on stopping ,which they found and re routed away from the exhaust muffler.
