This place is absolutely atrocious. I had to call several times during business hours and leave several messages to get information about available properties. When I finally got in touch with Cathy who was the contact person for the rental I was interested in she was extremely nosy. I was bombarded with nonpertinant questions to me finding a place while my home is being renovated. Cathy profiled me and asked me several questions about my personal life and reasons for needing a rental. She also stood me up for an appointment... read more
We were staying a The Cliffs furnished by Arkansas Suites and they were absolutely terrible. When we arrived the AC did not work for the first week. Both beds were a mix-match of parts that didn't go together and repeatedly fell apart. Diane never took the time to meet with us and without an office at The Cliffs we had to deal with her by phone and email.
