I like the staff and everyone. But the fact that I am here at 11:15am when my appointment was at 8:15 is ridiculous. I have to still go to work after this. They put me back out into the lobby because someone took my room. Communication is bad. I really wish I called off work instead of saying I would be there after my appointment. MY APPOINTMENT SHOUKD NOT TAKE 3 1/2 HOURS!!!
I felt like I was listened to. It increased my level of trust in what they told me.
My dad came here yesterday as a referral from another eye place. The staff was absolutely amazing and listened to him. They treated him for macular degeneration. Caught it at an early enough stage! Highly recommend this place. He'll be back again in November for another treatment then after all that heals he'll have cataract surgery done. This place is amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Dr. Pratt and the staff have always been great and taken good care of me. I feel like Dr. Pratt truly cares about my vision. The one complaint I have with this place is the restrooms. There aren't enough and theyre dirty alot. The waiting room stays full of people and only 2 toilets. Ive seen 6 people in line waiting.
Dr. Kennedy was amazing, very kind and listened to everything I had to say. She took care of all my needs in 1 visit, including the treatments. To be only 29 going to a retinal specialist, she made it very easy. Definitely recommend her. Thank you.
