I lived at their townhomes on Curtis Ave, moved out April 28th after living there a year and a half. I so loved my apartment at Curtis Street Townhomes, even though Ark Real Estate was the 3rd company to acquire the property within my time living there. My biggest gripe with this company is that they used my entire deposit to fund renovations that they wanted to do. Doesn't matter that I was a good tenant who left the unit undamaged. UPDATE: Erica called me to ask why I left my one star review which she quoted as “classy.” Typically when someone asks what the issue is you tell them but Erica didn’t want to listen she interrupted me and belittled me by saying my requests did not exist and my emails are not the way to go about this. However I have called and left a message. Funny how I only get a call back after this review. She is unprofessional and extremely rude. This company is terrible for rental properties.
