Whatever you do when you call do not speak so Melissa Goff if you’re needing help. She will say she’s going to look into something and call you back. One she won’t call you back and when you call her back she gives you an answer without fully looking into everything.
Every single time I call the front desk, it's like I'm a complete burden on the person's life. I have never met a more unprofessional secretary in my life. I have not once had my call answered with any respect or professionalism. Whoever is running the front desk may need to find another job or at least once acknowledge that this is the job they chose and do it with some form of pride.
