I put my complaint in last year September. How in the world is no one still not assigned to my case. This is unacceptable. There is not that much back logged going on. Arkansas is thee worst state ever. None of these organizations help or give a care about people.
Do not waste your time and file a complaint with them regarding grievances with real estate agents. They will not actually investigate. We had an agent that did not represent our best interest. For instance, the agent (Anne Campbell with Bradford & Udouj) did not disclose to us that the sellers drove over the above ground sprinkler system piping as they moved out.
