Arkansas Permanent Cosmetics Institute has the most professional, courteous, and caring staff. My experience was awesome. The young lady who did my brow service did an amazing job. The owner and other students were available and engaged in the student clinical practices. I will definitely return for future services.
Best School in the state without question! Knowledgeable staff, friendly environment, excellent value, very clean, and extremely professional.
