Was seen here back in October because my child was sick. APC has been her only Pediatric drs since she was born, so almost 11 years now. Upon my last visit, the lady at the first desk was having difficulty with my insurance card, the lady next to her asked to help her and she responded with "NO". She then proceeded to take pictures of my insurance card with her personal cell phone (it was pink with glitter) and send it to the computer because the computer wasn't scanning correctly. I took my daughter to this clinic and later received a message that my bill was ready. When I called to ask about the charges, I was told they were for two tests. However, I clearly remember that she only received one test, yet I was charged for both. When I questioned them about the mistake, I didn’t receive a clear explanation. This is very frustrating and disappointing. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

absolutely terrible, do not take your child here, if you miss one appointment, they will not longer allow your child to come to the clinic, front desk is absolutely awful and rude, to be a group of people who work with children, I find this to be absolutely ridiculous, if I could leave zero stars I would
