I’ve taken my son to Arkansas Pediatric Clinic for years, and recently we started coming to this location after the Midtown office closed. Dr. Sax has always been kind, attentive, and thorough, and the doctors and nurses consistently make us feel heard and cared for. This year especially, with both my newborn and my oldest getting sick often, we’ve been here quite a bit, and I truly appreciate the care they’ve received. We recently visited Arkansas Pediatric Clinic on April 3, 2026, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The new staff member sitting on the left side was not very helpful and did not guide us properly through the process. The interaction felt unprofessional, and we were left confused about what steps to follow. I hope the clinic can address this issue and ensure better communication and support for patients in the future.

The new front desk staff is terrible. The lady was very disrespectful and was rolling eyes as if she is irritated by answering our questions. She was very rude and reply us very rudely . I want to tell the clinic that they should change her immediately and take steps to address this issue .

Have been trying to contact this office for three days now every single time I call I’ve been on hold for at least 10 minutes if not longer no one ever answers the phone it’s gotten to the point. I have called every single department that they list whenever you’re on the menu and no one answers their phone. It’s like you have to do the walk-in in order to even be seen. It’s crazy. I’m having to go through this much trouble just to get in contact with my daughter’s doctor.
