I took my daughter to this clinic and later received a message that my bill was ready. When I called to ask about the charges, I was told they were for two tests. However, I clearly remember that she only received one test, yet I was charged for both. When I questioned them about the mistake, I didn’t receive a clear explanation. This is very frustrating and disappointing. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
absolutely terrible, do not take your child here, if you miss one appointment, they will not longer allow your child to come to the clinic, front desk is absolutely awful and rude, to be a group of people who work with children, I find this to be absolutely ridiculous, if I could leave zero stars I would
