I was dreading this procedure, but will say I was worried for no reason! From the minute I made the first call to the quick appointment time and procedure the staff was wonderful. My child was comfortable (and that made me comfortable!) and surprisingly not a lot of pain and recovered quickly with no issues. Their website is very informative, the doctors and nurses and other staff were friendly and supportive. Highly recommend-
Fabulous place! I have severe anxiety with invasive procedures but I’m telling you they made me feel so comfortable the entire time I was there. The staff were extremely friendly and warm. They gave me a warm blanket before they started prepping me which helped a lot. Dr. Pretzel was very friendly and warm as well. They even contacted me a few days later to see how my healing process was going. If I have any future procedures, I will definitely pick them again!

Great experience! I was very nervous before my wisdom tooth extraction, but upon arrival, the nurses were all great and comforting. Dr. Baldwin was great as well. Surgery went good, got home and had the best recovery. Never was in pain, just uncomfortable! I had many questions and they answered all of them and went over the top for me each time I called. I would highly recommend!
After 12 hours of a completed locked jaw I found my way referred to this practice for help. They gracefully fit me in unexpectedly and Dr. Praetzel fixed me right up with excellent care. Very impressed with him and the staff!
