The team was spot -on in knowing their pre-operative duties. They made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions that I had. Dr. Baldwin did the surgery very quickly, and the entire process took less than 2 hours of my day.
They don't deliver what they promise. Do not go for mystery diagnoses...even if referred. They performed the same x-ray as the dentist, even though the nurse assured me before I made the appointment that they would have more advanced diagnostic equipment. When I asked if my gum swelling & pain could be TMJ-related (since they say supposedly diagnose that) Dr. Baldwin shrugged & said that's "how you're built" and nothing can be done about it. This was my 4th implant done by Dr. Praetzel and his staff. Everyone is friendly knowledgeable and informative. Making it a comfortable, easy experience everytime.
