Absolutely dispise this trash foundation. They came into the home to discuss care I agreed signed on with them for care of my loved one. They had the hospital home health discharge her and an hour later called and said just kidding we are not taking her either but oh by the way her home health is still discharged. Absolute waste of your time don't bother with this terrible entity.
Been a year now since we lost my mother. Just now able to conjure up the strength and courage to come forward and say do not let your loved ones use this hospice service. They treated her like garbage the entire time she was under hospice care and would not treat her for any pain, would not even take vitals. Nurses would come out to do absolutely nothing.
