I want to say that freyaldenhoven is the best co.pany to work for they will go over and beyond for an employee and I have to admit I'm so thankful for the opportunity to work for such a great company
After a routine service, we returned home to find a puddle on the floor and water damage to our ceiling under our unit. Even though it was obviously caused by the negligence of their technician (confirmed by a 2nd technician from the same company) they flatly refused to cover any of the damage.

These folks ordered a part for my furnace, and knowing a freeze is coming tonight, they rushed delivery and fit me into their schedule for same day installation, so I we don’t have to freeze all weekend. They bent over backwards to replace my entire HVAC system in the first place last year, during yet another snow, and got it done in a day and a half. This was the first time I had to call with a problem and they were all over it.
Once again Freyaldenhoven gave great service. The MOST friendly people ever! So knowledgeable and easy to talk with about any problem you have. Thank you Shawn for excellent service, could not have asked for a nicer person to come out. And thank you Dawn for quickly fixing a scheduling problem. You guys are awesome !!
