I arrived to early got right in early. Had to answer stupid question for Medicare. Everyone is very helpful
Karen did my mom’s cardio test and she was absolutely wonderful. So patient, kind, and gentle. We really appreciate the way she treated my mom.
Scheduling took 6 attempts with hold time of more than 30 minutes. Only to get disconnected once I spoke with someone. Was told they didn’t receive a referral from my husbands PCP- yet we were returning their calls! Requested an appointment in HOT SPRINGS and they scheduled him in Little Rock. You can guess how friendly the front desk ladies were in Hot Springs when all of this was explained to them. Spoke to us like we were stupid and to blame.
