I went to this hospital for bariatric help and had a bariatric sleeve surgery. I had a phenomenal experience from the time I stepped onto the bariatric floor. The lady at the front desk was always helpful and pleasant, Courtney, the dietician was amazing. The nurses were compassionate and helpful and my doctor was thorough, kind, patient and he was great. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN AN ER! I sat there for FIVE hours and still did not get seen!!! I know how ERs work and the fact that I was skipped over by medical staff with signs of meningitis and left in the waiting room with an IV in my arm is atrocious! I am in the medical field and I will say this my symptoms were severe enough I should not have been left to deteriorate in the waiting room. My brother has many health problems. The heart hospital changed his pacemaker to abbott. PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS FOR YOU!!!! HE NEEDS A PROSTATE MRI FOR A LUMP. I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR MONTHS TO GET AN MRI. NO ONE WILL WORK ON HIM WITH AN ABBOTT PACEMAKER. CAN'T GET HEART HOSPITAL TO HELP. MEANWHILE IT'S BEEN MONTHS SINCE THE LUMP WAS DISCOVERED. THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE. SO IF YOU WANT TO DIE FROM CANCER OR ANYTHING ELSE DO NOT GO TO HEART HOSPITAL!!!!!
The Doctor that examined me on 4/25 24 had the worst bedside manner dr Benjamin Williams. I came in from a car accident and as he enter into the room the look he had on his face was un welcoming and cold barely touch me to exam me from the accident.
