Worst experience with our entire build came from Arkansas glass for our glass showers. Was told when they came and measured for the quote it would be 2 weeks for all the glass to come in. Never heard back with the quote amount until I called them about it over a week later then ended up being 2 months before our shower glass was installed after 4-5 trips out to “remeasure”, being “miss cut” and came in scratched are many of the excuses we got after we had to call them each time because no one was keeping in touch with us. My old patio door glass was broken by a rock from the lawn mower. They jumped right on this and was able to get me taken care of. Great job done by all. Friendly, Professional, Great quality glass, and reasonable. This door can't be just run to Lowe's and buy would have been custom job. Thank you Arkansas for saving me a ton of money!
Our store was broke into overnight. I called around 10:30 this morning and they were here by 11 and new glass put in around noon!!! Wonderful service and incredibly reasonable price!
