If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Trying to come after me for a payment that's not even due yet. I have automatic payments and proof that I paid but apparently they didn't get their money so now I have to pay more money because they "lost it". Communication is awful. No one knows what anyone is doing.

Absolute worse customer service I have ever encountered. I applied for a vehicle refinance after I was solicited via a mailer that I was pre-approved. The rate was great so I thought 'why not?'. This was over 6 weeks ago and the loan still isn't finished despite me spending my entire lunch hour several times over the last 6 weeks. I have a nearly perfect Credit Score and the loan is less than half of what the truck is worth. I even received a letter from them in the mail that my loan was approved nearly 3 weeks ago. Mr. W******, I regret that you experienced delays while we processed your loan. Most of the delay was due to the extreme demand for our loan products at this time of financial uncertainty. However some of the delays, as you mentioned were due to our Docusign process, which we are working on improving. Our Docusign process was optimized for a lower volume of loan requests than we are currently experiencing. Arkansas federal credit union gave me one of the worst customer service interactions of my life. When I say that one of their employees was rude to me, that would be an understatement. I felt belittled, bullied, shamed, etc while dealing with a certain female employee. I'm not going to post her name on here but I really want to. I have called AFCU to report her and they didn't take it seriously. I don't like being talked to like I am less than someone else. She was very unprofessional and talked so hateful to me. Although we banked with AFCU for nearly 10 years, it was more out of convenience rather than preference, since it's a real pain to change banks! Anyways, we decided to change to a local bank since we had moved out of state. I called to close the account, but since my husband was the 'primary' person on the account, they told me he would have to call to close it (even though I was able to request a check of our final balance). Worst bank to deal with always have technical issues their employees are Rude and so are the managers. Tina H. is unprofessional and should not work with people.

I have a very bad accident in 06/04/16 my car was totaled. I refinanced my loan with afcu when it came time to get the loan paid and for the insurance company to right me a check the credit union couldn't find my title. I later found out the loan wasn't certified as it was suppose to ; as a result it delayed the process of me getting my payoff for my car.
