I called this place over a week ago with no cold back. I called again 4-5 days ago with no return call. Don't use these people if you have an emergency situation because they're never going to call you back or make you an appointment. I'll never understand all the amazing reviews.
This is an excellent practice and really seem to care about their patients. Recently in the course of 48 hours I saw them for the first time, had test results back inside of an hour and was treated the next day. I've called them twice since then to have minor issues addressed and they were quick to get me in and look over my concerns. The Professional staff have all been very nice and competent. I would highly recommend them for your Dermatology needs.
The staff at Arkansas Dermatology who worked with me on 8/27/24 were amazing: Dr. Purnell,, his Assistant, Martha, and at the Front Desk, Karissa. Dr. Purnell took time to explain the skin cancer surgery he would perform around a very delicate eye area in layman terms. He and Martha wery very caring and comforting, which eased my "first timer" anxiety. They are an extremely knowledgeable, equally procedure and patient care focused team. Thank you so very much! Absolutely wonderful experience at my dermatologist's office! Teresa and Hannah, along with the fantastic receptionist team, always go above and beyond in providing exceptional care. They are professional, attentive, and incredibly kind, ensuring each visit is smooth and comfortable. I always feel well taken care of and confident in their expertise. Thank you, Teresa, Hannah, and the entire reception staff, for consistently delivering outstanding service!
Those at front desk were helpful and friendly. Dr. Dienhart and Payton were great. Dr. Dienhart explained exactly what he was going to do and did it. Payton was very knowledgeable and both put you at ease and made you feel very comfortable. I will definitely refer others to them and go back to them if or when necessary.
