Not friendly they wanted to charge me $30 for a simple estimate w/o doing any physical work
Greg Lamont at AC&F has been my go to guy for the past year now. He serviced my 1st bike which had been purchased out of town and when it came time to upgrade to a carbon I knew who to contact. He’s been instrumental to my success as a cyclist and has also become a friend. Go check him out in Sherwood.
If your looking for a nice bike or even a entry level bike like ours. I would recommend stopping in and see Tommy and staff at Arkansas Cycling & Fitness on Bowman. Each one asked if my wife and I if we needed help and of course we did. They offered suggestions and let us ride a few bikes until we made our decision with the help of knowledgeable staff. Outstanding sevice which is one of the reasons we bought bikes, rack and a few other items.
I needed a simple FD adjustment and their large competitor told me 2-3 days. I dropped it off at ACF and they called 50 minutes later and said it was ready. Great service! Thank you,
The guys at AC&F are all amazing. Each one of them are very knowledgeable and love to talk bikes. If you have questions they have answers. They hold group rides on Saturdays and it is always a great time. We bought my wife and daughter's bikes there and it was such a great transaction. We have also bought most of our accessories there. One of the best things we bought there was the Specialized Power Saddle, this saddle has changed my riding. I thank them for introducing me to it.
Purchased my first Road Bike today form ACF. The staff are experts, which helped me make a well informed decision on exactly which type of bike best fit my needs. I came to the store on 2 occasions with a million questions, each visit I learned more and more. They answered all of my questions with no hesitation and even road with me outside of the store to make sure the bike was right for me. I couldn't have asked for better service.
