Spending a few days in LR visiting my brother. I am an an avid cyclist and wanted to do the River Trail for a couple of days. The only bike shop that could accommodate our rental needs for a Monday and Tuesday ride was Arkansas Cycling and Fitness. Great staff and top of the line bikes for rent at a reasonable rate. Friendly staff, bends over backwards to get you what you want. Came to the rescue when we needed to rent some bikes on. Monday and Tuesday.
This business is top notch. Last week I had a problem with the BOA system on my right mountain bike shoe. I asked if they had replacements, and they did. I bought a replacement set for my shoes and they weren't right. I was given an immediate refund and then was told to get in touch with BOA and see if they would warranty the right one out. All I had to do was take a photo of the bad area of the cable and BOA sent me a new set for free. AC&F could have ordered them for me and charged me $15 plus shipping for the new system. ... read more
