Always a great experience here. Lori is exceptional at her job. She always finds us the best coverage for the best possible price. In this age of gouging people for their hard earned dollars, she is there, finding us the best deals. She is probably the most friendly insurance agent I have ever used, and that's alot. I have family that are agents elsewhere, so I kinda know how it works. Highly recommend her and AR Blue Cross and Blue Sheild.
Overall good, lady at the reception was making everything complicated and confusing, I was trying just to pay my bill and I had to pay twice even if I spoke with another salesman on the phone
