Ivana helped to get me on an insurance plan. She’s awesome and very helpful. Replies to emails quick when I have questions. She is also bilingual (English and Spanish).
Going to a brick-and-mortar and meeting with an agent in person definitely beats looking online, calling, or even searching for policies through the marketplace (which are terribly hard to compare since they're not "apples to apples"). They will walk you through all the options, adapt things to your context, and answer questions very clearly in ways that robots never can!
