The staff is polite. However they are not productive. There were 7 donors and 4 phlebotomist. They were very talkative and unproductive. After a hour I was still waiting and had to leave. I do not recommend this location if you value your time.
The staff is nice but they are constantly talking to each other. There were 6 staff members and 3 donors there when I walked in and it still took 90 mins to donate blood even tho I had an appointment. They DO NOT respect your time.
Do not use this center if you value your time because they certainly won’t value it. I did my due diligence in setting an appointment hours before I arrived, went online to fill out questionnaire to make the donation process as streamlined as possible and even showed up 20 minutes early to my appointment to sign in. We truly don’t understand why these boxes keep getting placed into our large dumpster again and again, causing it to remain uncollected and forcing us to pay the penalty each time. We’ve discussed this issue with your manager multiple times, yet it still hasn’t been resolved. If you need to use our dumpster for extra boxes, please break them down and flatten them first. A little more understanding and respect would go a long way. Thank you for your cooperation.
