So sorry for the bad review as this was posted to this page in error. This was for another credit union.. Thank you so much ABFCU for being great, and responding to the "potential negative experience " ABFCU is great and I'm happy to work with them.
Kathy Hiatt is fantastic and so is everyone else that works there. Professional but very friendly and they care about you as a person. I would recommend them to one looking to get a car loan.
Online banking locked me out and they resolved it in seconds!!
I love this credit union and the people that work there! 4 stars for that; I dislike the iPhone app! Too many steps; not user friendly. I'm sure an update is in the works. My Arvest app is 1 step and I'm in Revised to 5 stars! The credit union stepped it up on the new phone app and it blows the Arvest app out of the water. Great job �
