Arkansas Best Federal Credit Union has been wonderful. We recently financed a boat and the loan process was so fast and easy and at a great rate! The people are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Stay away!! Ridiculous charges..they send tons of unsolicited spam mail too, which ive never had to deal with at any other bank!! They will laugh and snicker at you behind your in their cubicles..this is why i get a kick out of coming in 2 min before they close because i know it makes them mad!! Haha
don't like your new on line changes i am locked out and been on hold for 8 min the only reason we keep you is we have to cause of a loan
Bad business practice. They don't hold themselves to the contracts that the customer and themselves sign. Classic case of bait and switch. Calling them out on it will get you every excuse they can come up with to make it seem logical to them and to you.
Arkansas Best Federal Credit Union has fantastic service and truly models what a credit union should be. This is even more evident in the new banking app/website they just released. They absolutely have the customer in mind throughout every move they make! I will always bank with ABFCU.
