Just had my car here for repairs. Excellent service and excellent customer service! Everyone is nice, they promptly answer the phone and they do call you back when they say they will. Jeremy answered all of my questions and took great care of me. My car is 100%! I very highly recommend this place.
I had such a great experience with Arkansas Auto and Fleet! They really took care of me from start to finish. Jeremy and the young lady at the front desk were both so kind and respectful. They ran a diagnostic test and called me just a few hours later to explain exactly what was wrong, a solenoid needed to be replaced and they were even able to fix it the same day! They replaced my radiator quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. Great customer service and very professional. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.
