I have begun using this business more and more…they serviced my son’s truck before he left for college and they serviced my car ….thank God I found this business …I felt very comfortable with the technician and the office staff was so nice. I will definitely be using them for all my auto needs from now own!!!
Good service
Caught me at a vulnerable moment and did much more than necessary. The gave me a quote, which I approved because I was unable to get back there at the time. I did not adhere to Ronald Regans policy of 'Trust, but verify". My fault there. They did not add anything extra over the quote, but as I said a lot that was done was not needed. They replaced a cam and valve train on the right bank while the problem was left bank only. Called Monday morning to make appointment and they were slow and said I could come in and they would get me in for service. They repaired my Jeep but I thought they were way too expensive. I needed it fixed ASAP and they were available for me. Repairs were done properly but they kind of left the back of the Jeep where my wheel locks were located in disarray. Had to put everything back the way it was. Not a big deal but between this and the money I paid to get my Jeep repaired disappointed me. I probably will not go back. The... read more
