They never answer the phone. When you leave a message they take forever to call back. When I addressed my concerns with Allie she told me “I don’t see where you’ve ever called before” despite the fact that I have a service contract with them and have called several times. Well, I had a service contract with them but cancelled it today based on my conversation with Allie.
Excellent customer service. The technician diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit on a hot July day in Arkansas. Thanks
The service tech was kowledgable of his job and efficient in his work methods.Because the service call was late in the day they were unable to gets the necessary parts and the tech had to make temporary emergency repairs to get us through the night. He then returned the following morning with the correct parts and made permanant repairs. Everything is working great.
