Excellent customer service. The technician diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit on a hot July day in Arkansas. Thanks
The service tech was kowledgable of his job and efficient in his work methods.Because the service call was late in the day they were unable to gets the necessary parts and the tech had to make temporary emergency repairs to get us through the night. He then returned the following morning with the correct parts and made permanant repairs. Everything is working great.
Our Air conditioner went out last night, 7/17/2025 So the next day I called Arkansas Air Flow, they were here when they said they would be and being very hot I really wanted to let other potential customers know they are honest , it was just a blown capacitor. Now in this day and age honesty is rare and they could have said my compressor was bad and I would have had them replace it , think about that . Love these guys and will use them again.
