I'm not one to post unfavorable reviews, however due to the nature of our troubling history with AAF has forced me to do so. Purchased 2 AC units 15K from Blake Lewis 5 yrs ago and now our troubling business relationship has ended. A 5 yr journey starting with initial install disaster encompassing a disastrous ceiling repair, component failures, heat exchanger change outs, blowing breakers, afterthought insulation wrapping makes me question if they understand the Trane product sold. I've been with Arkansas Air Flow for over 10 years. They keep my house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Every since I started the preventative maintenance program I have not had any breakdowns. I recommend that you use them for all your HVAC needs.
