Service techs were on time, professional and thorough! Additionally, they listened carefully to my concerns. Highly recommended!
They arrived on time. They let me know they were on their way, very polite and knowledgeable.
They never answer the phone. When you leave a message they take forever to call back. When I addressed my concerns with Allie she told me “I don’t see where you’ve ever called before” despite the fact that I have a service contract with them and have called several times. Well, I had a service contract with them but cancelled it today based on my conversation with Allie.
