We were without heat and it was cold!! The whole process starting from a same day appointment for an estimate to the same day installation of our new furnace and AC was excellent! Arkan's for the win! I was without heat when it was real cold December 2024. After I spoke with Arkan, he sent his son Matt to my home for the repair. Matt and Arkan are not only very professional but extremely honest, and fast! For your next furnace/AC repair, you will not be disappointed when you call Arkan's heating and cooling. Pricing is very reasonable and very experienced.
It was 14 degrees outside on a Saturday evening when my furnace stopped working. Arkan showed up within 45 minutes after I called them, diagnosed the problem and came up with a repair plan. He and his son came in and did a great job. I would highly recommend Arkan's Heating and Air Conditioning.
Our air conditioning went out during a stretch of very hot days. The soonest install date I could find was going to be the next week. When Arkan’s came to give me my estimate they noticed my special needs son who is medically compromised by hot temperatures. They rearrange their schedule and installed two days later, even though I was a new customer. Additionally; they gave me a very good price and didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. I found my new heating and cooling company, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
