When I called Arkan’s about an issue with our dryer vent, he set up a time to come check it out the next morning. When the cost of the job was outside of our comfortable price range, he went out of his way to make several phone calls and give advice on how to do the job ourselves. He was so honest and helpful. While we didn’t end up hiring a company for this job, we will definitely consider Arkan’s for future needs.
