I don’t know if this is normal practice, but the process to become a patient is super slow. On Oct 23 my referral & records were faxed over. On Oct 30, I called to follow-up and was told that records were received 2 days prior (Oct 28) and that it would take 2 weeks (Nov 13) to review them. I'll be waiting 3 weeks to see if I can even become a patient!
Dr. Deere is dismissive, smug, and detached. He would literally rest his eyes during my resposes. Rolled his eyes at my Testosterone levels being 219 out of 1,200. Do not recommend.
Cannot recommend Dr. Deer and this office enough. Dr. Deer listens carefully and explains options clearly, and takes the time to answer questions fully. Never once has he made me feel judged for my numbers (an issue I unfortunately had with other endos), but instead takes a more collaborative approach. Everyone in this office is awesome, too. Having the labwork be able to be done at the office was VERY convenient and quick, and the phlebotomists they have are amazing (especially Daisy!).
Impossible to get in. Archangel won't fax my Primary Doc a medical request form .Then I was told if my Primary doesn't send to them that I need to find another office?(WOW) , so I will Take business elsewhere. Nothing frustrating than someone who doesn't go extra mile to simply fax a medical records request to my Primary. Too bad I was looking forward to meeting Dr. Fida
