Updat since this review they have locked me out of my patient portal can not get any of my medical records. And dropped me as a patient. If I was the doctors I would be ashamed I love to see doctor Deer, but he might want to consider another practice where his medical assistants are not so rude. I dred going to my visits they are not pleasant at all. The office also seem to care more about money than patients. I've been a type 1 diabetic for 16 years now, and I cannot sing this practices praise enough. I have dealt with several endocrinologists, most of which completely ignore my knowledge as someone who actually has diabetes or simply treated me poorly, but Dr. Deer is the opposite. Not only does he understand that T1D is far from one size fits all, he listens to me when I say I know my body and how it reacts to diabetes. I have been seeing Dr. Deer for two years now and have generally no complaints with his care or staff. However, this morning at 7am I received a call back from one of the ladies in his office (Cindy)) and I must say I did not think the interaction was pleasant at all. She spoke to me in a rather condescening manner which I did not appreciate at all. Yes, I realize the office closes at 4pm.
