Dr. Tkachev is one of the best medical provider I had at Pacific Medical Center. He practice all the following: (a) listen to all my medical health concerns, (b) easily understand his treatment plans and everything I need to know, (c) explain all my lab work and x-ray results (d) very friendly patient treatment approach. Dr. Tkachev and his medical assistants are very professional and give total respect. I had NO bad experience with him nor his medical assistants. Most of all they all have sense of humor.
