We came to Arkadian after we had struggled with other builders pressuring us to increase our budget. It made us feel like we couldn't make it work. Asking for Jeff and Fi's help was the best decisions we ever made. Jeff respected our budget, helped us work with a house plan and helped us pick the right upgrades that suited us. In December 2024 we took possession of our new Arkadian built Home and we could not be happier. From start to finish Jeff and Fiona were wonderful to work with to realise our dream home. Amazing build with Arkadian Homes! Jeff and the team have a wealth of knowledge and experience with construction that has delivered us our dream home. The difference of using a local builder using local trades vs a volume builder is clearly seen in the quality of their work, thank you again Arkadian.
Recently moved into my new home built to an excellent standard by Arkadian Homes. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality home to be constructed with minimal fuss. Jeff and Fiona were extremely helpful throughout the whole building process, making it a pleasurable experience.
