I was so scared after my 7lb Shitzu was attacked by a dog. It bit her eye and was not looking good. I showed up late without an appointment but they quickly helped me out. They were so caring and assuring. I immediately felt better. They took my dog to the back, cleaned her up, gave her pain meds, and sent me on my way with antibiotics. By the 3rd day, her eye was looking almost 100%. Great place ! They really care about your pets. They would also call daily to check on her.
Very satisfactory care! Our cat was scratching her face so much she managed to rip her skin a little. We came in and doc successfully identified ear mites very quickly. The staff were kind and able to answer our questions. Overall time spent from when we walked in to when we walked out (including filling out intake forms, exam, and treatment) was about 2 hours, and they did apologize it was taking a minute, but there was another emergency going on at the same time, so it was understandable. I love this place. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The place is always clean. Appointments are easy to make and readily available to accommodate your schedule and they’re reasonably priced for a vet. I took my 17yr old Min pin to see Dr. Yang. Dr. Yang is friendly and explains things clearly and will give you options regarding treatment and what will work best for your pet. I highly recommend this place.
