Jason is awesome. We are headed back to the office since my grandson I one year post amputation. We find out if they make it taller using an adapter type thing or if he gets a whole new one.
First, I'd just like to say that everyone I have encountered here has been wonderful! The customer service at the front desk is extremely helpful and they all are so positive. I had no idea that I would need a CROW boot for life due to my diabetes. The service that these guys have provided for me is exactly what I needed. I wish there were more stars! I can depend on Jason and his staff to always be courteous and professional. They have made sure my transition to a prosthetic 🦿 leg has gone smooth and easy. They've spent so many hours making sure the fit is comfortable and I'm able to walk without pain. I'd recommend Ark Valley to anyone in need of prosthetics. To the reviewer who says they are all about the money, how many businesses do you frequent that gives you free products and services? I'm gonna guess none. Don't be so mean.
Jason Tanner is unkind and dishonest. He lacks the most basic communication skills and empathy for his patients. His staff dressed him up as Gru from Despicable Me for Halloween because he’s exactly like the titled character… despicable and even his staff know it. There are other places that will treat you right and have the patience with you that you deserve as someone with limb difference. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Kelsey is such a joy! My son gets excited to come here for his appointment. He gets his KAFO and afo here and Everytime we come the front desk is amazing and friendly. Kelsey is patient and answers all of our questions and you can tell she truly cares!
