I had a breakdown of my leg braces constructed by another company but was able to get in the next day at Ark Valley for a repair.. I experienced a very professional and friendly office.
Jason is fantastic. Our son Brody has a rare form of dwarfism and he’s tough to fit for Ankle Foot Orthotics, but they take the time to make sure they fit well and are always available for any quick adjustments that need to be made. No one better!

Kristi, Randi, and everyone I worked with were amazing! I broke my foot and needed a walking boot. I have a big calf and after going to 5 different places (most had no clue and were rude!) I found that walking boots are not made for people with larger calves. My husband found Ark Valley and we decided to try them. Randi spent 2 hours working with me and custom made a walking boot on the spot and made sure it was a perfect fit before I left. They were all so professional and kind. Ark Valley is the very BEST!! Each staff member excels in their position and makes Ark Valley the complete package!! Jason is amazing!! He is very patient and actually listens to what you say and does his very best to make sure you are comfortable and that all of your needs are met!! He's very knowledgeable and compassionate as well!! Mike and Christie are very knowledgeable and accommodating, too!! Great staff, great treatment!!
