Don’t bother with these guys to change your tires. I have video footage of him stripping my wheel lock nut and him still claiming he didn’t do it! Was an hour late! Ruined an elderly lady’s vehicle which now she has to pay hundreds possibly over a thousand dollars for towing, removal and new lug nuts and possibly more! Way to go, to screw over an old lady on a fixed income!
Stay very far away from these guys, don't even bother getting a quote. Poor quality service, didn't do the job requested and what little they did do is junk. 0/10, waste of time and money.

The rubber popped off the rim for my front left tire in midtown Toronto (high traffic area). I was 2 km away from a Canadian Tire who would have been able to address the issue and help with a quick balancing/realignment, but driving on a rims would have been bad news for the car. I called Ark Services and they informed me they weren't performing mobile re-alignments at the moment, but gave me the number of 3-4 companies who did.
