I have just filed a complaint with the BBB and the Indiana Attorney Generals office against Rick McGinnis of Ark Renovations LLC. We hired Rick McGinnis to renovate a house that we bought. After performing some work including doors, windows, vinyl siding and electrics he stopped work at the end of October. Apart from plumbing (which was installed according to KY code and not IN) all work has ceased. He has not done a lick for 5.5 months. He consistently ignores phone calls, texts and emails.
