We returned to our house to find the A/C circuit breaker left off. Had to call service man. House was 86 degrees. Lights left on. Dock lights left on.
I found ARK through my agent; she said that she had not personally seen their work, but that other agents in her brokerage had used them in the past. In hindsight I wish I would have done more research and picked a more thorough company or inspector, as the choice to go with my agent’s recommendation has left me with some surprises, financially speaking. Brad was AMAZING!! He went over everything that he found with my husband and me and explained it so I could understand it! We got the report that night and I was just amazed! His customer service is truly impeccable and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection! I am so glad we decided to go with ARK!!
