I had to relocate to Portland, and I communicated this to Ark, giving them 30 days notice, even though I was not contractually obligated to. As a Property Manager from a bigger city, it's a shame when I hear mention of shady things happening from smaller property management businesses in small cities. Violating SB-608 is going to end up costing ARK and their owners they manage for, a ton of money. I sincerely hope you change up your practices before one of your tenants decides to retain an attorney.
