ARK in ARK Property Management stands for Acquire Renovate Keep. I can guarantee: That keep part does NOT apply to you as a tenant. This company in no way cares about their tenants. They would sooner see you homeless before working with you as a human being. They are not there for you in any way beyond taking your money. They cut corners and try to spend as little as possible on repairs because they're more concerned about turning a profit.
