I gotta just say Devin is so sweet and very knowledgeable. I viewed a property with this company and they are surprisingly great at fixing propertys up. I love it. I look for things like that when renting making sure they take care of their propertys and make it look great. I found a place and am extremely excited. We sign the lease on Wednesday. ARK has been managing my rental property located in Lancaster for several years now and we have been very happy with all aspects of management! Devon, the Property Manager, is extremely responsive to both our needs and the tenants needs. And the maintenance staff is fantastic. Very fast, knowledgeable, and trustworthy to give an honest and cost effective solution for repairs. As we add to our portfolio, all of our rentals will be managed by ARK!
