ARK in ARK Property Management stands for Acquire Renovate Keep. I can guarantee: That keep part does NOT apply to you as a tenant. This company in no way cares about their tenants. They would sooner see you homeless before working with you as a human being. They are not there for you in any way beyond taking your money.
