We placed a friend here. Everything we were told at the door and everything on their site are all lies. There is only 1 caregiver. She yells at the 4 residents. Feeds them mainly very small portions of very spicy rice and tap water at most meals. They do not walk the residents as promised. The atmosphere is full of negativity, sadness. It is very sad for these folks to have to live the remaining time of their lives in this ugly atmosphere! She removes the call light button out of her reach and ties it away from her. My wife has Alzheimers and has gotten the best care at Ark of Noah Care Home. The owner and the caregivers really care about the people they take in. I don’t worry about her there.
