They are so kind, compassionate. Josh was very good about educating me on the laser therapy he was doing.
This is the absolute best place to take your pet in Lubbock. Every single person that works there truly loves animals, and it shows in everything they do. My dog had a seizure one morning, and I called and spoke to Josh, and he calmed me down and gave me advice that was spot on. The prices here are also very fair. I wouldn't take my dog or cat anywhere else!
My family has been going to Ark and Dr. Lee since the doors opened. Best vet ever. She has saved the lives of several of our pets. Love to Dr. Lee and all of the staff! They are family.
I haven't been going to you very long but the 1st time you seen my Cat OJ he had gotten into a fight and you guys fixed him up and got him better. The 2nd time he was really sick and I got the news he had Feline leukemia and his liver was failing and there wasn't anything you could for him. So I made the decision to put him to sleep so he could Rest In Peace.
