We have solar panels and backup batteries at my house and our installer went out of business. We were directed to Ark Eco by friends of ours and have been working with Zach over the past couple of weeks. Their message response time was very quick and they set up appointments right away. After Hurricane Milton, I contacted ARK ECO, and Zach came to my home to assess the roof damage. Shortly afterward, they installed a tarp over the leaking areas while we waited for the insurance company to process the claim. Ark Eco managed the complete installation of our large new Enphase home solar system with battery backup. Despite major delays due to Hurricane Ian in late September 2022, our install took place over a week. With follow up insuring all was operating as expected, we are looking forward to generating our own household electric power.
