We asked ARK Builders to build our home in Gulf Shores because Ron Cuny was voted Builder of the Year 2023 by his peers and colleagues. With that kind of acknowledgement, we had no doubt regarding his abilities to build a fantastic custom home for us. That is exactly what he did. His contract price is his build price.
