Ortho Virginia has great Doctors! Dr. Dhayalan was truly wonderful in treating my ailment. He explained all treatment options, and we went with the one that worked the best for my situation. I would recommend him for anyone having hand/wrist isssues.
They would not listen to me. I needed to get out of work because I wasn’t able to drive. They didn’t care at all about that. I was just another number to them. I will never go back to this place again. I wouldn’t let any of my friends or family go here either. Dr. Dhayalan would not answer my calls or get back with me. He wouldn’t take my needs serious.
I needed a cast for my sons arm and this was the only place that had walk in appointments the front desk lady was rude the Doctor seemed more interested in unnecessary X-rays than getting know my son and creating a treatment plan that best suited his needs I agreed to second X-ray but the third I didn’t it was unnecessary
Dr. Dhayalan was very efficient and direct. Including taking x-rays, my problem was taken care of in about 30 minutes by using online check in before the appointment.
