Called to verify the therapist in the ad was working. Drove right over. Lady verified the therapist and took my money. She didn't look right but insisted she was. Mediocre massage. Said she was tired. Later double checked picture. Texted back it wasn't the 1 I requested. They now claimed have 2 with same name. 1 I requested left at noon. No apologies. Said not their fault. Too bad. Very rude and unprofessional.
