We had a pipe burst in the basement and flood a couple rooms. The water damage restoration pros were quick to come, got the drying equipment set up and ripped out all the ruined flooring and plasterboard. They explained what they were doing, cleaned up, and checked in often to see how things were going. In a matter of days they had everything dried out and secured, even helped with the insurance paperwork. It was a tolerable calamity thanks to professionalism and efficiency.
