This mental health clinic lacks direction and focus. Unfortunately, if I could leave zero star review, I would. My company tried donating during the holidays, and having no success with the nonprofit organization as they were unable to be cooperative, communicative, and responsive to my company, trying to donate! Therefore, the checks were then voided and expired. Please do not do business or donate to this company.

I am very disappointed with the service we have received from this place. From behavior coaches, to there scheduling team, supervisor Kenneth did nothing. Also filling services with the insurance for dates they weren’t even with us. Very disappointed just trying to get my son and family help.

I've been here several different occasions with two of my children and let's just say we had wonderful experiences each time we received services. Haven't been in more than a year but considering returning as my youngest son needs services he's had some major set backs.

I have been receiving services for my son here for about five months. Having worked with other providers in the past, I understand how challenging it can be to find a case manager who is attentive, answers calls promptly, and truly listens to your concerns. I feel extremely fortunate to have a wonderful team. The psychologist listened carefully to the issues we presented, which helped in determining an accurate diagnosis and creating a service plan that works effectively. I am grateful to have such a supportive team here.
